We use the traditional artisanal process to craft our pasta. nonoPASTA™ is made in small batches with freshly milled organic brown rice flour mixed with Ayurvedic adaptogens to preserve quality, flavor and minimize oxidation.

We use bronze-die extrusion to create a rough noodle texture that captures your favorite sauces. We dry our pasta slowly at low temperatures, for at least 24 hours. We’re not in a rush, good things take time.
