Cristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health Coach with a Master’s Degree in Public Health focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. She practices an integrative and holistic approach that is specific to each individual’s needs and is focused on properly fueling the body with real food and healthy practices. Cristin works closely with her clients to learn their story, understand their health and nutrition needs, and, together, create a plan that reflects the client’s goals, individual lifestyle practices, and available resources. Creating better habits as part of her foundational approach to health and wellness.

Suguna received her certification as a Health & Wellness Coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is an expert in working with plant-based foods for healing and rejuvenation. Suguna helps clients move beyond the traps and emotional shame connected to diet culture and body image. The wellness journey she facilitates is a co-creation between client and coach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Holistic Health Coach, Plant Food Private Chef
Genevieve holds a BA in Health and Sciences. She is an herbalist, certified holistic health coach, and completed 500hr yoga teacher training. Her passion for yoga inspired a deep study in Ayurveda —focusing on understanding and bridging the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Her work is a weaving of healing modalities, rooted in the knowing that every person’s basic physical constitution is different and that through honoring bio-individuality, the body is equipped to unlock its innate ability to heal itself.
Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor
The founder of Awaken Your Awareness (AYA) with diverse education in nutrition and wellness including: Integrative Health Coach (IIN graduate), certified Yoga Instructor (200YTT) Reiki and Ayurvedic Practitioner. Jenny has been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and effective coaching techniques. Through her unique approach to wellness, Jenny has been helping clients implement gradual and easy changes, collectively leading to impactful results for each individual unique goal.
She is avid in home cooking with a love for how food impacts well-being.
